California Proposed Tax Incentives Introduced in February of 2008, Senate Bill 1484 aimed to “create incentives for clean technology developers to manufacture in California.” The proposed tax incentives would have included the option to reduce emissions by geologic sequestration. The bill has already undergone two amendments in both March and May of the same year. The proposed bill and its amended versions can be found below:
